Ep 289 | An Islamist Tried to Kill Him. Now, He Has an End Times Message for America | Mar Mari Emmanuel | The Glenn Beck Podcast
“Humanity needs forgiveness,” Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel says, two years after a young Islamic radicals knife should have killed him. Like Erika Kirk, he shocked the world by publicly forgiving his attacker. Glenn wants to know why — and what forgiveness actually is. “Forgiveness is one thing. Justice is another,” the bishop says. Mercy is not permission. In the lingering shadow of 9/11 and the more recent shock of Charlie Kirk’s killing, Glenn asks how you rebuke evil in love when the culture calls that hate, and how to face Islam’s sweep of the West when voices insist every god is the same. Bishop Emmanuel says we are already past the middle of the end times, but is the church ready? Then he prays for America to turn back to Christ, prays for Donald Trump, and leaves the question hanging: When it costs you everything, is He still God?
